These terms & conditions are provided to ensure compliance with

Regulation 9(14) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators' Licences) Regulations 2000 (the 2000 Regulations)

City Executive Cars LTD are solely responsible for accepting bookings from its passengers.  These bookings may be made via email to info@cityxcars.com or the office number 0208 306 6298.    Bookings can NOT under any circumstances be taken by driver’s. 

City Executive Cars LTD take responsibility for the whole journey, pick-up location to final destination, as stated in the booking confirmation email / text.

City Executive Cars LTD confirms that all bookings will be carried out with a licensed London PHV vehicle and by a licensed London PHV driver.

The accurate / estimated fare will be stated in the booking confirmation email / text, before the journey commences.   This will include any additional charges reasonably anticipated during the journey, such as car parking, drop off charges, toll roads or congestion charges.

All bookings will be confirmed by City Executive Cars LTD with passengers via email or text and will include the following details –

• Personalised Booking reference
• Passenger name and contact details
• Date, Time and pick up address
• Destination of journey
• Accurate / Estimated fare given at time of booking
• Driver Name
• Driver Licence Number
• Driver contact number
• Vehicle details including registration number
• Assistance contact number before or during the booking

Any complaints or concerns with regards fares charged, should be sent directly to City Executive Cars via email at info@cityxcars.com or via telephone on 0208 306 6298.

City Executive Cars LTD confirms that if a booking is sub-contracted to another London Licensed Operator, then City Executive Cars LTD remains the principal operator with the passenger, to provide the journey as subject to the booking.

City Executive Cars LTD take responsibility for the transportation of the passenger as detailed in the booking confirmation.  Any disputes with regards fares, additional charges or driver conduct, must be referred to City Executive Cars LTD.

City Executive Cars LTD is not a VAT registered company and as such VAT is not charged on any fares quoted or invoiced. 

Booking Cancellations

Bookings that are cancelled up to 4 hours before the booking confirmation pick up time will not incur any cancellation charges.  

Any cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice from the confirmed pick up time, will be charged at full fare.
