Any enquiry for transportation services to City Executive Cars LTD must be directed to the company via the website, email or telephone.

The enquiry should include, amongst any other specific requirements, all the basic information for driving services –

1.Date & Time and location with postcode, for pick up

2.Number of passengers and all baggage information for the journey

3.Full destination details, including postcode

4.Passenger contact details

5.Confirmation this is a direct journey, with no detours or other stops required

The company will then confirm if they have a driver & car available for this journey and provide a quote, based on the information provided by the customer.

Any additional costs for car parking, congestion charges, toll charges - will be included on the quote at cost price.  These charges will be highlighted before the journey, where they can be reasonably be anticipated.

If the customer accepts the quote and requests City Executive Cars LTD to provide the transport services, then the company will then provide a booking confirmation by email or text.

The booking confirmation will include the following details –

• Personalised Booking reference
• Passenger name and contact details
• Date, Time and pick up address
• Destination of journey
• Accurate / Estimated fare given at time of booking
• Driver Name
• Driver Licence Number
• Driver contact number
• Vehicle details including registration number
• Assistance contact number before or during the booking

City Executive Cars LTD is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT on any prices quoted or invoiced.

Any unforeseen additional costs or charges incurred during the journey will be explained to the passenger at the time and invoiced separately after the journey,

for the passenger to approve and pay. 

City Executive Cars LTD take responsibility for the transportation of the passenger as detailed in the booking confirmation.  Any disputes with regards fares, additional charges or driver conduct, must be referred to City Executive Cars LTD.

City Executive Cars LTD confirms that all bookings will be carried out with a licensed London PHV vehicle and by a licensed London PHV driver.

Booking Cancellations

Bookings that are cancelled up to 4 hours before the booking confirmation pick up time will not incur any cancellation charges.  

Any cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice from the confirmed pick up time, will be charged at full fare.

Drivers

All drivers providing transportation services for City Executive Cars LTD will be informed before the journey that City Executive Cars LTD is the ‘principal operator’ for the journey.  Therefore any complaints or incidents that have occurred during the journey, must immediately be referred back to the operator.
